Camrose Flying Club Snowbirds Over Camrose

Be inspired by the CF Snowbirds / Snowbirds des FC as they soar (upside-down) over Camrose with their thrilling aerobatic performance! Gates open at 4:30pm, enjoy food trucks and activities leading up to the main event followed by autographs at the Terminal Building. Bring a lawn chair and arrive early!

There will be free park & ride at the Camrose Rec Centre, parking on-site is $12 in advance or $20 at the gate.

Motorcycle Ride to Reynolds

Your experience includes an amazing one-day-only display of motorcycles in our parking lot, a chance to check out Honda Canada Inc.'s new makes and models, and an opportunity to test drive new Honda motorcycles in Honda’s Come Ride with Us program. Included in your admission is access to: the museum’s main gallery and feature exhibition, The McLaughlin Story, along with a display of Military Motorcycles from the First World War and the Second World War, as well as the Aviation Display Hangar. You can also take a flight in an Open Cockpit Biplane Adventure (addition charge; weather permitting). If you wish to be part of the motorcycle display in the parking lot, then contact your local dealer to join a ride, organize a ride with your club or friends, or come on your own. Come on a motorcycle and you receive free admission for you and a passenger to the Reynolds-Alberta Museum. There is motorcycle parking in the designated display space.


Harvest Festival

September 1-2, 2018

Watch as we harvest our wheat crop using steam and gasoline powered equipment. See threshing machines at work. View the modern John Deere equipment display from Martin Deerline. Check out the Atco Energy Education Mobile and shop at the Wetaskiwin Farmers Market. Take an Open Cockpit Biplane Adventure (additional fee). Ride the shuttle between the main building and the Aviation Display Hangar. For more fun, add this Family Fun Package to your admission: tractor ride, carnival games and prizes in the Family Fun Zone, petting zoo. Things to do in the Museum: Learn how to bake bread and sample a slice. Make and eat a tasty treat with the ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen. Learn how to make rope. See how a grain elevator works. Dance to the music of the Foggy Minded Mountain Boys. Bid and take home a fresh baked pie at the Pie Auction. We recommend you arrive early and purchase your admission tickets and your Family Fun Package in advance. Note: There is no ATM on site.

Are You Afraid of the Dark? Halloween Haunting at the Museum 18+

THIS IS AN 18+ EVENT. From Count Dracula to the Wolf Man, from the Mummy to Frankenstein, do you dare to meet these legendary monsters in the dark? Walk our museum gallery and meet monsters from our ghoulish movie past. Dress the part – wear whatever ghoulish costume inspires your spooky self. Walk the gallery if you dare! Watch a scary movie in our indoor Drive-In. Win treats playing our “twisted” games. Compete for trophies for the best costumes. Play games and challenges. Have your future told with Palm and Tarot card readings. Cash bar and snacks available. Please note: This event is for ages 18 and older. We recommend you visit our Facebook page for regular updates. Purchase your admission tickets in advance for $15 when purchased online or at the museum store before October 20. Tickets at the door are $20. There is no ATM onsite.
